Kein User kann sich per FTP einloggen

Hallo,
wie oben schon beschrieben kann sich kein User auf den Server einloggen, außer der Admin.
Hab eigentlich alles richtig eingestellt.

Das hab ich in die proftpd.conf geschrieben:

Wie gesagt, ich als Admin kann mich anmelden, aber die User die ich angelegt hab können das nicht.

wenn das noch aktuell ist: Debug Modus ! Ich tippe ja auf fehlerhafte HomeDirs..

was heißt bitte "fehlerhafte homedirs?

was ist debug modus?
