Verzeichnisse erstellen geht nicht..

noch nicht mal im Home. Linux Rechte dürften passen. Verzeichnis kann als User per putty erstellt werden, aber nicht per ftp. Auch mit chmod 777 keine Änderung. Verzeichnis löschen funktioniert aber. Habe eigentlich alles freigegeben:

<Directory ~>
<Limit All>
AllowAll
</Limit>
</Directory>

Auch andere Varianten funktionieren nicht. Gibt es da noch irgendeine Sicherheitssperre. Komme einfach nicht weiter.
