The cicebars plugin shows borders on top and bottom, to mask the channel logo or bothering commercials during a movie.

Up/Down	toggles top/bottom bar
Left/Right	increase/decrease barheight of actual visible bar(s)
0	close/open screen
OK/Back/Blue	exit plugin
