Das Script ist eine Datei.

Diese heißt proftpd und liegt in /etc/init.d
Sie muß die Ausführungsrechte haben (chmod 755 /etc/init.d/proftpd)
Dann wechselst du nach /etc/rc3.d/ und erstellst mit ln die Links.

ln -s ../proftpd /S99proftpd
