MD5????

hallo zusammen,

nachdem der ftp server eigentlich problemlos lief, hab ich mich entschlossen mal die md5 geschichte zu testen.

klang ja eigentlich recht easy, aber anscheinend nicht bei mir

ich hab den proftpd(1.2.9) mit folgenden modulen kompiliert, auch alles ohne fehlermeldung

./configure --with-modules=mod_sql:mod_sql_mysql:mod_tls:mod_md5fs:mod_ifsession \
--with-includes=/usr/local/mysql/include/mysql/ \
--with-libraries=/usr/local/mysql/lib/mysql/ \
--prefix=/usr/local/ftp

die module scheinen auch alle drin zu sein

anscheindend rafft der Server das nicht

Da ist was richtig scheisse gelaufen. Die Online Docs sind falsch, dem Tarball mit dem Module liegt die richtige Anleitung bei:

mir ist grad aufgefallen, dass proftpd für alle uploads ne md5 file erstellt, obwohl ich mit MD5FS nur ein verzeichnis gesetzt habe. woran kann das liegen?

ja, aber das eine ist /home/...

und das andere /var/...

home ist gesetzt, und bei var werden trotzdem md5 files geschrieben
