TF Quota 2.3
INSTALL.

1. There are to ways to install the mode
 [recommended]
 -- go to your TF dir and type: patch -p1 < path_to_tf_quota-2.3.patch
 
OR

 -- you can just overwrite orginal files by pathed ones in patched-tfq-2.3.tar.gz

2. Then run 'install_quota_sql.php' from your browser.
   After that you should remove this file!
( if web sql instalation failed you could use the file tf_quota-2.3.sql to generate db )

3. The Quota mode is now installed, you can cofigure it via admin panel, in top menu.
